The hotel is absolutely fantastic and fairly clean. The staff was very helpful. The location is unbeatable and peaceful, close to nothing else in the area. The restaurant serves American cuisine dishes.

The breakfast was great, with good dishes. My room was great-sized and the view of surrounding hills and valley was spectacular.

The staff at the reception was really pathetic. All of them, except one, were Trainee (extremely rude with no sense of customer service) who were passing on to the permenant staff member for each and every sort of query as well as service (including for checking-in & out). This made every guest really frustrating as the average time to check-in became more than 30 minutes and for basic services (like issuance of duplicate key) more than 15 minutes. Instead of increasing capable staff to cater the holiday rush at the reception, the deployment of just one permenant staff member who have to serve all of the guests with 2-3 Trainees (serving more as a spectator), it was a complete chaos!! With alot of senior and decent guests losing their patience and swearing / shouting on the reception.

The staff here were always friendly and welcoming, and I had a room with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Thank you for a really good stay. The hotel is recently refurbished and clean, has fantastic views of the mountains. Its rooms are tidy with comfortable beds. Nice restaurant, great food, people working here are very helpful. The location is quiet for exploring Ta'if.

The location here was fantastic for our vacation. We booked a room with fantastic mountain views. 🏞️

I liked the closeness to Mekkah, and the nice wither and erea.

I had a bad experience with the hotel, that I decide not to stay in a Ramada hotel in the future. They show a picture of the more fancy room in a standard room purposely (as their ward of mouth to me) to attract customers. They clearly steel people.

The staff attitude was very poor, when we wanted to take a shower at 7:am, the water was so cold and when we call the reception they said there was nothing they could do to wait till later on when the maintenance guy would come!!!!!

The architecture of this place is great, and the room is spacious. The hotel is in a peaceful area and the staff are really helpful. 🌿

The room service needs alot of improvements.My room had the windows whistling due to wind blowing all night and all day.Bathroom was leaking water and had a bad smell and not clean.information of room service dial number is 392 not 0 as writen. A very bad experience

Poor services, unpolite staff, very derty rooms, no facilities... I was planning to stay 4 nights, but I run out after 12 hours to Le Meridian

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I really appreciated the fast and efficient check-in process. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the services were very bad. reception staff is unecperiance and lack skills. the hotel was not clean and the food was much below expectation. the housekeeping services were poor

I found that my reservation was cancelled when checking in. I contacted Booked.net and they assured me that my booking was still valid. it seems the hotel cancelled my reservation.
